How to Cook Cambodian Beef Stew
Using a deeper pot rather than a shallow pan is highly recommended since this will become a rich, brothy soup!
Sauté, Coat & Simmer
Heat a little oil in your pot and stir the Hloung Beef Stew Paste until it melts and becomes fragrant. Add the washed beef chunks and stir until fully coated. Pour in enough water to completely submerge the meat, bring it to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer until the meat becomes tender.

Veggies & Seasoning
Once the meat is soft, add your carrots, onions, Chinese broccoli, and 1-2 tablespoons of condensed milk for a rich, velvety broth. If you prefer more flavor or saltiness, you can also stir in a little chicken seasoning soup to taste.

The Final Touch
Let everything simmer for just a little bit longer until the vegetables have softened to your liking. Turn off the heat, garnish with fresh long coriander, and serve immediately over steamed rice or your favorite noodles!
