Shipping policy
Food KH currently ships within the United States only.
We offer a $15 flat-rate shipping fee on all orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare and pack your order.
Delivery Time
After your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text message. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Buyer Protection Guarantee
All Food KH orders are insured through a third-party shipping protection service. This helps protect your order in case of loss, damage, or eligible shipping issues during transit.
If your order is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Please include your order number, tracking number, and photo proof if applicable.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved by the third-party insurance provider, Food KH will assist with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Please note that buyer protection coverage may not apply to issues caused by an incorrect shipping address, refused packages, missing apartment/unit numbers, or delays outside of carrier control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Food KH is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Shipping Delays
Food KH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
However, if you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days so we can review the issue and help start the claim process with the third-party insurance provider.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered depending on the situation and the result of the insurance claim.
